Machine functions:

5. The pressing mechanism is adjusted by screw, with accurate action and wide range of adjustment, which can adapt to a variety of specifications of bottles.

8. Multi point emergency stop button, which can be installed in the appropriate position of the production line to ensure safe operation and smooth production.

9. The stripping distance of label is calculated automatically by length, photoelectricity and microcomputer. No need to adjust photoelectricity position. Any label length can be modified in man-machine interface, so it is easy to use.

10. The label does not blister because of the screw pressing, the screw pressing mechanism on the servo motor belt, and the servo motor belt below. The bottle clamping speed of the conveyor belt is about five thousandths of a second higher than the speed of labeling, which makes the label tight and flat. This is the secret that witter can ensure that the label does not blister.

Core Working principle:The sensor detects the flat or round bottle after bottle to return the signal to the labeling

 control system, the control system in place to control the motor sends label and attached flat bottle or round

 bottle labeling products subject position, flat bottle or round bottle label products through the overlying unit, the

 label affixed to the product coated on a label attached to the action is completed.
