The product, an auto assembly line for blister and carton packing, is developed bythe company independently to cater for the criteria and requirement of GMP, inorder to avoids the cross contamination during packing process.
It integratesthe photoelectron, mechanics, electric and pneumatic, controlled by PLC, drivenby servo motor which can automatically finish the blister packing of capsules,tablets, ampoule and vial, instruction manual folding and carton packing. Itadopts photoelectric monitoring to coordinate the operation of each section. Ifany exception takes place, it can stop automatically and display the troublesso as to solve them in due time. With advanced inspection system, the line candetect and recognize the plate that lacks of packed matter and the carton thatlacks of plate or instruction manual and the defect eliminating rate should beas high as 100%.
