Machine functions
1. The basic performance of the labeling part is basically the same as that of the shl-2582 high-speed horizontal labeling machine, and the output (whole week labeling of 10ml oral liquid) can reach 300 bottles / min.
2. The front end is generally equipped with automatic pallet making machine. The pallet making capacity of the machine is about 35 times, with 2 pallets (5 sets) each time and 70 pallets / min. if the production needs to be increased, the pallet making machine can be upgraded.
3. The back end is equipped with automatic box filling machine. If there are five boxes (one box contains two boxes), the output can reach 50 boxes / min, which is slightly faster than the labeling machine.
4. The bottle feeding is automatic, but the bottle feeding needs manual work. According to the experience, the tray bottle feeding is generally required within 1 minute (the weekly turntable is commonly used in pharmaceutical factories).
5. Comprehensive output: for the sake of production stability, the output of the whole production line is controlled at about 30 boxes (2 Torr / 10 bottles in a box), and the maximum can be adjusted to about 40 boxes. If the speed is too fast, the operator will have higher requirements. Generally, the production speed of 30 boxes is the most stable.
Performance characteristics
1. The equipment is used for the labeling of ampoules, oral liquid and other slender bottles.
2. Double conveying track and lower track are used for bottle carrier conveying, and the labeled bottle can enter the carrier automatically.
3. Screw bottle separating mechanism is used to ensure accurate bottle spacing.
4. Vertical and horizontal bottle feeding is adopted, with stable feeding and convenient operation.
5. Label synchronous positioning mechanism, label positioning error < ± 1mm
6. The unqualified rate of products after labeling is less than one in ten thousand.
7. No label alarm function.
8. The main motor of the equipment is controlled by Panasonic servo motor, PLC and touch screen, with fast reaction speed and stable performance.
9. After careful design, reasonable structure, stable operation and convenient debugging, the machine is suitable for labeling and holding of bottles of various specifications.
