The KXT-130 automatic cartoning machine is a newly developed product of our company. It has many advantages such as wide range of application and high production efficiency; at the same time, it can be linked with horizontal packing machine to produce on one line, achieving the best efficiency. It’s also completely in accordance with the requirements of GMP.
Automatic cartoning machine can pack the product reliably into the specific cartons and then seal or clsoe them to transfer. With extensive range of application, this machine can be used to pack various kinds of products, such as soap, tube, and other irregular shape of product. The box material can be paper box or plastic box. The products also can be changed regularly according to customer’s different usage requirements. It only takes very short time to assemble and adjust the moulds, easy and convenient.
This machine adopts PLC control and photo-electricity to monitor the movement of each part. If there is any abnormality in running process, it can stop automatically and display the fault cause so that we can remove the fault immediately.
Main technical feature

3. The transmission area and packing area of this machine are completely separated; with simple structure, it's very easy and convenient to adjust, clean and maintain this machine.
4. This machine can be switched from one station to next station automatically in the whole line. And with high automatic degree realized by touch screen, it can auto-fold the instruction paper and auto-monitor the movement of each part so that the running status can be displayed on the screen at anytime. If there is any abnormality, it will stop automatically.
5. With high efficiency, this machine can pack 70～80 cartons/min automatically. The whole line only needs two operators
6. With advanced configuration, more than 90% electrical components of this machine employ imported famous brand. For example: Germany Siemens PLC, France Schneider circuit breaker and switch button, Japan Omron photoelectric components and relay, Schneider servo system and so on.
