This machine drives by servo motorand traction by precision leadscrew. It is a high-speed blister packing machineadopting PLC, frequency converter, and man-machine interface. It can checkon-line and eliminate the waste plate by itself. In accordance with GMP rule requirement, itis an ideal blister packing machine for aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-plastic,paper-plastic packing. And it has got high popularity.
Feature:
1. Traction drive by servo motor (tractionby precision leadscrew or rubber press roller), with precise synchronization.The length of travel range can be set in man-machine interface.
2. Equipped with eye marking system, thebackground of printed pattern is uniform and looks pleasant.
3. Available for alu-plastic (hot forming)and alu-alu (cold forming), only change mould and feeder for alu-alu packing.
4. Various types of feeder solve thedifficulty for irregular shape products packing.
5. Five stations forming, heat-sealing,batch number embossing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt gearmandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotate the handwheel, easy to adjust and accurately.
6. Newly mould orientation device speed upthe mould changing requirement.
7. Equipped with plexiglass cover: theoperation area is isolated with transmission organ, avoids pollution, easy forclean.
8. Online detection and ejection systemcan be chosen for option.
