Workflow
Single row horizontal reclining position feeding -- material distribution -- conveying -- synchronous top belt clamping -- two labels are respectively pasted to the upper / lower position of two sides (half vertical suspension) -- double side stroking -- two sides stroking toward the top / bottom corner respectively -- single row horizontal reclining position discharging
The boxes are arranged horizontally. Before labeling, the dividing wheel separates the required spacing for labeling and stroking, and then the main conveyor belt and synchronous top belt clamp and operate. When it reaches the labeling station, it triggers the measuring eye and the labeling head to attach the label to the end face (side) of the box, and then under the clamping operation of the top belt and the main conveyor belt, it turns the suspended parts of the two labels to the top and bottom of the box respectively through the angle stroking label.
It can realize three side sealing on one side and diagonal sealing on both sides.
The labeling head adopts our company's high precision and large capacity labeling head, which is driven and controlled by servo motor. It can obtain ± 1 mm stopping precision and 100 m / min stable linear speed, and the label volume (winding) capacity is 800 m.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC, with Chinese interface and touch screen operation interface. All electric control parameters, operation parameters, status and count can be set on the touch screen, and more than 50 groups of formulas can be stored on the right side. Formula parameters can be called directly.
When changing labels of different lengths, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the electric eye of the label. It is only necessary to set or call the corresponding stop position on the touch screen.
