It is a small mini paste, ketchup, jam, butter, honey,chocolate ,cream blister packing machine, which is to fill and pack the small volume mono dose food or cosmetic blister package.
The working process of semi liquid blister packing is as following:
Blister container forming--logo etc embossing on the bottom ( optional) --honey/jam /sauce filling from pump( with heating and mixing in the hopper as optional)--sealing with composite or paper film-- cutting and final product output
Product features
1. The newest type of transmission mechanism is adopted where the row chains lead the main drive shaft to avoid the errors and noises caused by other gear transmission mechanism.
2. The electrical appliances of this machine adopted imported control system. As per the customer’s requirements, it can be optionally equipped with feeding device for missed material, and detection & rejection device (Omron Sensor) for waste product (lack of material).
3.It adopts photoelectric tracking system for the eye mark, which will ensure the printing to be individually same on each product.
4. Photoelectric detection and correction device and imported stepper traction motor. As with image-mark printing, the package grade can be optimized.
5. This machine is suitable for the blister packing in food, pharmaceutical, medical instrument, hardware and electronic industries. Here we will focus introducing the blister packaging for food and cosmetic, such as honey, jam, sauce, chocolate, paste, cream, lotion etc.
